Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be confident upgrading to Period Buddy Pro. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work.
1. Free tier
The free tier is free. Nothing to cancel, nothing to refund. You
can stop using the Service at any time by sending the
DELETE command on WhatsApp.
2. Cancelling Pro
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time:
- Send the
CANCELcommand on WhatsApp, or - Email somveer.builds@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account.
On cancellation, your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period (monthly or annual). After that, your account is automatically downgraded to the free tier — your cycle history is preserved.
3. Refund eligibility
We will issue a full refund in the following situations:
- 7-day satisfaction window. Within 7 days of your first Pro charge, request a refund for any reason — no questions asked.
- Service issue. If a Pro feature you paid for does not work as described and we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a pro-rata refund for the affected period.
- Accidental or duplicate charges. If you were charged in error or charged twice for the same period, we will refund the duplicate or erroneous amount in full.
- Statutory rights. Nothing in this policy affects rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.
4. Refunds not normally issued
Outside the situations above, we generally do not refund:
- Partial unused time on a monthly subscription after the 7-day window. You will, however, retain Pro access through the end of the current billing period.
- Annual subscriptions outside the 7-day window. We are happy to cancel auto-renewal so you are not charged again.
That said — if you have a special circumstance, please write to us. We deal with refunds reasonably and on a case-by-case basis.
5. How to request a refund
Email somveer.builds@gmail.com with the following details:
- The phone number associated with your account.
- The approximate date and amount of the charge.
- A brief description of the reason for the refund.
We acknowledge refund requests within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days. The funds will return via the same payment method used for the original charge.
6. Chargebacks
If you have a billing problem, please contact us first — we can almost always resolve it faster than a chargeback. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in your account being suspended.
7. Payment processor
Pro subscriptions are billed through Dodo Payments. Some refund mechanics (timing, currency conversion, method of return) are governed by their systems. We coordinate with the processor to honor this policy.
